We close Black History Month with the powerful herstory of California feminists. From nonprofits to elective offices, local enterprise and activism through art, women are daring to overcome a power disparity that we’ve known too well. Our method is transformational. Just as the great Jimi Hendrix once said, “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”
